Purchase Policies

1. Orders and Maximum Quantities

Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance of your order by Hot Tot. We may require additional information, and all orders are subject to product availability. We do not authorize the purchase of our products for resale purposes. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by distributors, resellers or dealers or that may otherwise appear fraudulent for any reason. To enforce this policy, we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders and/or reduce quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Additionally, we may cancel orders without notice due to insufficient supply, your noncompliance with offer terms, lack of bank authorization, system error, if your IP address is linked to a non-U.S. country, your use of a non-U.S. credit card, inability to verify your shipping address, any unforeseen problems, or for any reason in Hot Tot’s sole discretion.

There is a maximum quantity of six (6) of any one item number per customer, per order. This restriction may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and / or orders that use the same billing and / or shipping address. 2. Order Processing & Tracking

It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 5- 10 business days for standard shipping.

To track an order already placed, simply email your order number to info@hottot.com and we will be happy to provide you with tracking information.

 

3. Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States. View our shipping policy here.

 

4. Order Cancelation and Returns

To cancel an order you have placed that has not shipped yet, simply email your order number and request to info@hottot.com. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

While we stand by the quality of our products and want our customers to be happy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. All products sold by Hot Tot are sold as-is. By making a purchase, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

 

5. Prices and Payment

The products displayed on HotTot.com can only be ordered and delivered within the United States and its territories and possessions. All prices displayed on HotTot.com are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.

We accept the following types of payment: U.S. Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express Cards. PayPal is also accepted.

 

6. Order Promotions and Samples

Occasionally Hot Tot may offer promotions through e-mails, advertisements or social media campaigns. With a valid registered HotTot.com account, you may be eligible to receive e-mail offers that include special codes for free shipping, samples, or other promotions. These promotions are subject to the terms of use and these purchase policies, as well as any additional terms and conditions specific to the promotional offer. Please enter the code exactly as provided (many codes are case sensitive). Limit one promotion code per order and per customer. At its sole discretion for any reason, Hot Tot may restrict redemption to one per client or may change or cancel an order without notice.
