What are your shipping charges?

Our standard shipping is via United States Postal Service (orders under 1 pound) and FedEx (orders over 1 pound). All charges are based on item sizes and weights. You may place the items you want into the shopping cart, enter your shipping information, and your shipping charges will be calculated. We use a standard shipping plug-in to calculate all charges.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders placed before 1:00 am Mountain Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed after that time will be considered placed the following day and will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours. While it is not guaranteed, once shipped your package will normally arrive within 3-4 business days.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes, you may also choose either 3-day Federal Express or Overnight Federal Express to guarantee faster delivery.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time we can only ship to customers in the United States. If you live outside the United States, please email us so that we can calculate shipping charges.

What if I want to return my Hot Tot product?

While we stand behind our products 100%, we are not able to process returns at this time.
